His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama. His Holiness is the spiritual leader of the Tibetan people. He frequently states that his life is guided by three major commitments: the promotion of basic human values or secular ethics in the interest of human happiness, the fostering of inter-religious harmony and the welfare of the Tibetan people, focusing on the survival of their identity, culture and religion.

If you are honest, truthful, and transparent, people trust you. If people trust you, you have no grounds for fear, suspicion or jealousy.
It is vital that when educating our children’s brains we do not neglect to educate their hearts by nurturing their compassionate nature.
We forget that despite the superficial differences between us, people are equal in their basic wish for peace and happiness.
